Refund Policy

1. General Policy

1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all Pilates classes (private and group) provided by Stage of Movement.
1.2 By booking a class, participants agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Payments & Refund Eligibility

2.1 All classes must be paid in full before attendance.
2.2 Refunds will only be issued under the conditions outlined in this policy.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 If a participant cancels a class at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, they are eligible for a full refund or class credit.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class are non-refundable.
3.3 No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
3.4 If Stage of Movement cancels a class, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Package & Membership Refunds

4.1 Refunds for class packages or memberships will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions preventing participation. Proof may be required.
4.2 Partial refunds for unused classes in a package may be granted at the discretion of Stage of Movement.
4.3 Packages and memberships are non-transferable.

5. Refund Process

5.1 To request a refund, participants must contact Stage of Movement via email or phone with relevant booking details.
5.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.
