1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Pilates classes (private and group) provided by Stage of Movement.
1.2 By booking a class, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Stage of Movement reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 All classes must be booked in advance.
2.2 Payments must be made before attending a class.
2.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other methods specified on the website.
2.4 A booking is confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

3.1 Participants may cancel or reschedule a class with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
3.2 Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will not be refunded or credited.
3.3 If Stage of Movement cancels a class, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund.

4. Health & Safety

4.1 Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before attending a class.
4.2 Participation is at the individual’s own risk. Stage of Movement is not liable for injuries sustained during a session.
4.3 If the instructor deems a participant unfit for a class, they may be asked to leave for safety reasons.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

5.1 Stage of Movement is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during a session.
5.2 Participation in Pilates classes is voluntary, and participants accept full responsibility for their well-being.
5.3 Stage of Movement is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in classes.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Personal data collected through bookings will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes.
6.2 Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
7.2 Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Rotterdam.
